About the event
For Fitness Sake is an annual event that’s proudly bought to you by Aruma (that’s us – we’re one of Australia’s leading disability service providers.)
From the 1st to the 10th of June, we’re challenging you to walk, run, swim, cycle, rollerblade… basically move in any way to raise more than a sweat for people with a disability.
We can hear you asking ‘but, how far do I have to move?’ How much of a sweat do I have to break?
Well, you can choose from 25km, 50km or 100km. The catch is you have to do it in 10 days – from the 1st to 10th of June.

Aruma is our new name, but you might remember us as House with No Steps and The Tipping Foundation – two great organisations, with over 100 years of combined experience, who came together in 2018.
Yes, we’re a disability service provider, but we’re also so much more.
We’re the helper, mentor and coach. And the trusted partner of over 5000 people with a disability throughout the east coast of Australia.
Aruma puts our customers – people with a disability – first. Always.
They know how to live their best life – we’re here to support them to do just that.
