How it works

Learn how the challenge works so you can take part and reach your fitness goals this March, while supporting kids with a disability.

Step 1: Sign up

Sign up for FREE and commit to get fit this March!

You’ll get your own personal For Fitness Sake page to log your kilometres. Plus, you’ll be able to track your fundraising and fitness progress throughout the challenge.

Step 2: Get moving

From 1st – 10th March, get moving either by walking, running, swimming, cycling, wheeling or any other exercise of your choice! Stick to one activity or a combination of activities to achieve your 25km, 50km or 100km goal.

Remember, you don’t have to exercise every day – you could move 10km every day, space it out over a few days or complete all of your KMs in one weekend!

Step 3: Track your progress

Keep track of your KMs using a Fitbit, your smartphone (eg with MapMyFitness or Strava apps) or a pedometer. After each workout, log your KMs on your For Fitness Sake page so you can track your progress throughout the challenge!

Step 4: Raise funds for kids with a disability

Make your KMs count - ask your friends and family for support and raise funds to give kids with a disability the chance to reach their full potential.
